These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 88php ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 88php.cam. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 88php platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise related accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If 88php identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts may be immediately suspended, all balances (including bonus credits) may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

You are solely responsible for:

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, which form part of this Agreement.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 88php promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus credits must meet the applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88php platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating more than one account or assisting others in creating duplicate accounts;

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 88php's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of real money deposited by you into your 88php account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88php reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified deadline;

Upon termination for cause, all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to 88php, subject to completion of all applicable investigations.

You may close your 88php account voluntarily at any time by contacting live support. Voluntary account closure with a remaining balance will result in the withdrawal of that balance to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements.
